Nick Sulewsky

Nick brings more than 15 years of military leadership experience spanning Army fires, joint effects, small-team operations, operational planning, advising, instruction, and organizational leadership.
His background includes deployed service in Afghanistan and Iraq, support to special operations formations, security-force assistance activities in Central and South America, and the training and development of military leaders. Those experiences shaped his focus on practical capability gaps that directly affect people operating at the tactical edge.
He founded TASG to translate operationally significant problems into disciplined capability concepts, early prototypes, and protected intellectual property—then work with qualified defense-industry partners that can provide the engineering depth, testing infrastructure, manufacturing capacity, and market access needed to mature them.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration.
